If you are not satisfied with our work, please call us within 10 days and we will be happy to come out and re treat any of the areas we previously cleaned that you are unsatisfied with. If you are still unsatisfied we will refund your money for the areas you are unhappy with, up to 100% of your bill. This satisfaction guarantee does not include traffic pattern wear, texture loss, pooling, shading, bleach spots, color loss, ink spots, paint, dyes, pile reversal or stained grout. These items are not correctable by cleaning and are excluded from our guarantee.
